What is VELP?

The Vietnam Executive Leadership Program (VELP) provides a forum for senior Vietnamese policymakers and business leaders to engage in a structured, research-based dialogue about key policy challenges confronting Vietnam and the world. VELP is a collaborative initiative of the Vietnamese government, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Vietnam Program at the Harvard Kennedy School. VELP 2015 took place during April 13-17 on the campus of the Harvard Kennedy School. Vietnamese Deputy NA Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan lead the delegation of approximately 20 senior policymakers who participated in the program.
